We are less than 3 weeks away from seeing our tortillas on the shelves at Whole Foods!!! It's been a long f n road with it's ups and downs but all along the way we've had a blast and kept our eye on the ultimate goal in life... being happy. I can still recall the happy hour at Donn's when Doug walked in with a huge grin on his face and he said, "Hey I just found the perfect Aztec word for the tortillas. It's Paqui... and it means to be happy". And from that moment forward a wild idea became a project, a mission, and way of life.

So today marks our first thought for the day email to our family, friends and fellow citizens. It's our way of helping everyone stay focused on the positive and help spread happiness wherever we go and in all we do!!

That's it man.... Don't Worry, Be Paqui!!!
